A report from the World Tourism prepared by the World Economic Forum, for a map of the world shows most regions and countries and least welcome foreign visitors, and Morocco, which came at the forefront of the most welcome and the UAE as the best tourist destination welcoming visitors.
Map was developed based on a study aimed at collecting data in the period from late 2011 until late 2012 from 140 countries to determine the position of the population of foreign visitors, to measure the openness of the country and society on tourism and foreign visitors.
According to the data, it all came from Morocco, Iceland and New Zealand at the forefront of the most welcome visitors.
It was Ireland, Canada and Austria best among the senior-rich countries in the Western world, while considered Thailand and the United Arab Emirates as the best tourist destinations welcoming visitors.
The least developed countries welcomed foreigners, were Bolivia, Venezuela and Russia, while the list included at least welcome some troubled countries in the Greater Middle East such as Iran and Pakistan, and the countries of Eastern Europe and the two East Asian countries, namely China and South Korea.
Noteworthy that there is no single variable explains the results, there is no wealth or gross domestic product, or the number of visitors from tourists, interpreted the presence of both the United States and China ranked low in spite of being the owners of the highest rates of tourism in the world, while came countries such as Yemen, Rwanda, and Malta and Singapore and Ireland in the higher ranks them much.
Australia came in the center equal to 27 degrees with 15 other countries, including Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Zambia, Oman and Lebanon.
